We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote our products/services by setting up stalls in residential apartment complexes. Interacting directly with potential customers, explaining offerings, and closing sales.
Set up and manage promotional stalls at apartment complexes and gated communities.
Interact with residents to pitch and promote the company’s products/services.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to generate interest.
Distribute brochures, flyers, samples, or promotional materials.
Gather customer information, feedback, and follow up on leads.
Maintain a professional and engaging presence at the stall.
Handle basic stall logistics including setup, dismantling, and inventory management.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Report activity and sales updates to the supervisor or manager.
Represent the company with integrity and maintain a positive brand image.
Prior experience in direct sales, field marketing, or promotional events is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and outgoing personality with strong persuasion skills.
Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of local areas and apartment communities is a plus.
