🔍 Role Overview
This is a field-focused role ideal for individuals who enjoy public interaction, event promotion, and student engagement. As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for strengthening IND OVERSEAS’s brand presence, generating quality leads, and supporting student acquisition through institutional outreach and marketing activities.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
🎯 Lead Generation & Student Acquisition
• Conduct regular visits to colleges, junior colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutions to promote overseas education opportunities.
• Organize seminars, classroom presentations, and info sessions in coordination with principals and academic staff.
• Generate, track, and follow up on field-based leads to drive walk-ins and conversions.
📢 Marketing & Branding Initiatives
• Execute localized marketing campaigns across high-traffic student areas.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to ensure consistent brand visibility.
• Represent IND OVERSEAS at education fairs, summits, exhibitions, and university partner events.
• Participate in roadshows and student outreach activities across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
🤝 Institutional Networking
• Build strong relationships with college placement cells, IELTS/GRE coaching centres, and educational institutes.
• Explore and establish local partnerships for collaborative marketing events and referral opportunities.
🗂 Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain detailed daily activity reports and submit timely lead status updates.
• Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure seamless student follow-through.
• Contribute to data collection, competitor analysis, and marketing feedback reports.
📣 Brand & Marketing Outreach
• Proactively represent the brand in events such as college seminars, webinars, and outreach programs.
• Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to support both offline and digital campaign strategies.
• Assist in content creation efforts including testimonials, success stories, and student features.
🔗 University & Partner Liaison
• Promote IND OVERSEAS’s partnerships with globally recognized universities.
• Stay informed on the latest application timelines, university updates, and industry trends.
🧩 Desired Candidate Profile:
🎓 Education
Any graduate (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or Humanities).
💼 Experience
• 1–2 years in field marketing, educational outreach, lead generation, or similar roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are also encouraged to apply.
🛠️ Skills & Attributes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Telugu/Hindi preferred.
• Confident public speaker with a persuasive personality.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and regional travel.
• Knowledge of study-abroad destinations is a plus.
• Basic understanding of social media and branding tools.
