Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Field Marketing & Lead Generation Executive based in Patna. The role involves generating leads for MBA programs through on-ground activities, promotional campaigns, and local outreach. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and comfortable working in the field to drive student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for MBA programs through field marketing activities.
Conduct promotional campaigns in colleges, coaching centers, and public areas.
Plan and execute advertisement strategies including offline marketing, pamphlet distribution, and local promotions.
Build relationships with educational institutions, consultants, and influencers for lead generation.
Maintain a database of prospective candidates and follow up regularly.
Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and events.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA aspirants or marketing background preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally within Patna for fieldwork.
