Marketing Field Executive

Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – Air Compressors & Industrial Pipeline Solutions

Location: Greater Noida / NCR Region
Industry: Industrial Equipment, Air Compressors, Piping & Engineering Solutions

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote and generate business for air compressors, compressed air pipeline projects, aluminium piping, air receiver tanks, and related industrial solutions. The role involves visiting industrial areas, meeting factory owners and maintenance teams, identifying new opportunities, and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit industrial areas, factories, and project sites to generate leads and inquiries.

• Promote rotary screw air compressors, reciprocating compressors, and pipeline solutions.

• Build relationships with plant managers, purchase teams, and maintenance engineers.

• Conduct product presentations and explain technical benefits to clients.

• Coordinate with the internal sales team for quotations and order closures.

• Maintain daily visit reports, lead tracking, and follow-up schedules.

• Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, campaigns, and product promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or Marketing preferred).

• 1–3 years of field marketing or industrial sales experience (air compressors or piping industry is a plus).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic technical understanding of industrial equipment.

• Ability to travel locally and meet customers regularly.

• Self-motivated with strong target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in B2B industrial marketing.

• Familiarity with factory environments and engineering products.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, MS Office and basic CRM tools for reporting.
