Job Title: Field Executive
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Executive to support our operations by visiting client locations, collecting and submitting documents, coordinating with government departments, banks, and other offices, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Visit client offices and collect required documents.
Submit documents to government departments, banks, and statutory authorities.
Coordinate with clients regarding documentation and compliance requirements.
Track and update the status of assigned tasks.
Maintain accurate records of field activities and submissions.
Support the Accounts, HR, Payroll, GST, PF, ESI, and compliance teams as required.
Ensure timely completion of field assignments.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
Familiarity with Chennai locations is an advantage.
