The Sales & Marketing Field Executive will be responsible for visiting corporate offices, factories, warehouses, residential societies, hospitals, schools, hotels, and commercial establishments to promote the company's security services. The role includes generating new business leads through field visits, networking, and referrals; meeting prospective clients to present manned guarding, event security, and facility security solutions; preparing and submitting quotations in coordination with the management team; negotiating contracts and closing sales deals; maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction; conducting regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers; monitoring market trends and competitor activities; achieving monthly sales targets while submitting daily and weekly activity reports; and coordinating with the operations team to ensure the smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
