Job Description – Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Executive to generate student enquiries and promote our computer education, IT, Cyber Security, and Ethical Hacking courses. The candidate will be responsible for market visits, networking with potential students, and developing connections with students and prospects in competitive market areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit nearby computer institutes, coaching centres, colleges, schools, and other educational hubs to identify potential student enquiries.

- Generate student leads from competitor areas through professional networking and market research.

- Connect with prospective students and counsel them about available IT courses, career opportunities, and skill development programmes.

- Promote courses such as Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Networking, and other computer certification programmes.

- Conduct field marketing activities, distribute promotional materials, and create awareness about the institute.

- Collect genuine leads and maintain a database of prospective students with contact details and course interests.

- Follow up with enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp to convert leads into admissions.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with students, local businesses, and educational communities.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enquiry-generation targets.

- Submit regular reports on market visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and admission conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.

- 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, lead generation, or education marketing preferred.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to approach new people confidently and generate genuine enquiries.

- Basic knowledge of computers and IT courses is an advantage.

- Knowledge of the Rohini and nearby Delhi markets will be preferred.

- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of genuine student enquiries generated.

- Number of qualified leads and counselling appointments.

- Lead-to-admission conversion rate.

- Daily market visits and follow-up performance.

- Achievement of monthly enquiry and admission targets.
