Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing Executive to promote our entertainment zone, drive footfall, and support marketing activities both on-field and in-office. The candidate will play a key role in brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Field Work Responsibilities (50%)

• Visit nearby schools, colleges, corporates, and residential societies for promotions.

• Distribute pamphlets, vouchers, and promotional materials.

• Generate leads and build local partnerships.

• Conduct on-ground marketing activities and campaigns.

• Coordinate for events, birthday bookings, and group visits.

• Collect customer feedback and market insights.

Office Work Responsibilities (50%)

• Handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp marketing).

• Assist in creating marketing content, posters, and offers.

• Maintain customer database and follow-up on leads.

• Coordinate with operations team for campaigns and events.

• Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports.

• Support digital marketing and promotional planning.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred)

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

• Willingness to travel locally for field work

Working Details

• 6 Days Working (1 Weekly Off)
