Job Description
We are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our software/IT solutions and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, networking and market research.
Visit potential clients and explain our software/IT solutions.
Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and support.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales or Business Development.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to generate leads independently.
Experience in selling Software, SaaS, HRMS, ERP or IT services will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Salary:-₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates who are comfortable with field sales, client meetings, lead generation and target-based sales.
