मार्केटिंग फील्ड एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for an energetic and confident Junior Marketing Executive to promote Rent-A-Mediequip, our medical equipment rental service, through direct field marketing and hospital outreach.

This is NOT a digital marketing or desk-based role. The selected candidate will regularly visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare institutions to introduce our services, build professional relationships, generate enquiries, and increase awareness of our medical equipment rental solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, doctors, physiotherapy centres, and other healthcare institutions across Delhi NCR.

• Introduce and promote Rent-A-Mediequip's medical equipment rental services to relevant hospital departments and healthcare professionals.

• Build relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, discharge teams, nursing staff, purchase teams, and other relevant contacts.

• Explain our range of rental equipment and services, including wheelchairs, hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, BiPAP/CPAP machines, air mattresses, patient care equipment, and other home healthcare solutions.

• Generate and follow up on leads and enquiries received through hospital and healthcare contacts.

• Identify potential referral and business opportunities.

• Distribute company brochures, visiting cards, promotional material, and service information.

• Collect feedback and market information from hospitals and healthcare professionals.

• Maintain daily records of hospital visits, contacts made, leads generated, and follow-ups required.

• Submit regular activity and lead reports to the reporting manager.

• Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure enquiries generated through marketing activities are properly handled.

• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, rental process, and customer requirements.

• Represent the company professionally and maintain positive relationships with healthcare institutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–2 years of field marketing or sales experience will be preferred.

• Comfortable with extensive field work and travelling across Delhi NCR.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in approaching and interacting with doctors, hospital staff, administrators, and other professionals.

• Ability to build relationships and follow up consistently.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and smartphone applications.

• Prior experience in healthcare, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, hospital marketing, or B2B field sales will be an advantage.
