We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and increasing brand awareness through on-ground marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to promote company products/services.

• Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, or distributors.

• Execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.

• Collect and report market intelligence and competitor activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and marketing targets.

• Maintain proper documentation and daily reporting of field activities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead follow-up.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in field marketing or sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing is a plus.

• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable).
