Key Responsibilities:

• Visit suppliers, markets, and stores to procure office materials, stationery, and other essentials as instructed.

• Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and payments between offices, vendors, and clients.

• Assist in maintaining stock records for office supplies and ensuring timely replenishment.

• Support the administrative and operations team in day-to-day tasks and office upkeep.

• Handle local courier services, bill payments, and other outdoor tasks as assigned.

• Maintain receipts, invoices, and procurement logs for record-keeping.

• Ensure all fieldwork is done efficiently, transparently, and within given timelines.

• Perform basic office duties such as serving refreshments, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff when needed.
