The candidate will be responsible for sourcing business through DSA, dealers, connectors, and other alternate channels, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Used Car Loan business through alternate channels such as:
DSA (Direct Selling Agents)
Used Car Dealers
Auto Brokers and Connectors
Referral Partners
Channel Associates
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners to expand business.
Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to company policies.
Provide product training and support to channel partners.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of queries.
Maintain MIS and regularly update sales reports.
