We are seeking a dynamic Apartment Lead Conversion Sales Executive to join Ecodroppz, a waterless car wash company specializing in serving flats and gated communities. This role involves engaging with residents, promoting our eco-friendly car wash solutions, and converting leads into loyal customers within residential complexes.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with residents in flats and gated communities to promote Ecodroppz’s waterless car wash services
Generate and follow up on leads within targeted residential areas
Conduct door-to-door discussions, distribute promotional materials, and organize on-site demos
Build and maintain relationships with residents and community authorities
Coordinate with property managers and community committees for seamless service delivery
Collect feedback, understand customer needs, and address queries effectively
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer base within residential complexes
Track sales performance and prepare reports on conversion metrics
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: [High School Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree]
Experience Range: [ 0-6 years in sales or field marketing]
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to approach residents confidently and persuasively
Basic knowledge of sales tools and CRM software
A proactive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
Willingness to travel within assigned residential areas and work flexible hours
