Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with digital marketing tools, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Create and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Manage social media accounts and engage with target audiences.
Coordinate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–3+ years of marketing experience (depending on role level).
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
