Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to promote our IT products and services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and support marketing campaigns. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through phone calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
Promote company services and products to potential customers.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with clients.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients.
Assist in digital marketing activities, social media promotions, and campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare sales reports and marketing activity reports.
Coordinate with technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Required Skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
Ability to interact confidently with customers.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or any related field.
MBA Marketing candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
