Job Responsibilities

• Promote Bajaj Capital’s financial products and services to potential customers.

• Generate new leads through field marketing, customer visits, references and local market activities.

• Explain products, services, features and benefits to customers.

• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product information.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly marketing/sales targets.

• Maintain regular communication with customers and prospects.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the internal sales team for lead conversion and customer onboarding.

• Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and presentation skills.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of computers.

• Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.

• 12th Pass / Graduate / Freshers can apply.

• Candidates with sales or marketing experience will be preferred.
