Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and execute on-ground and backend operations for advertising campaigns. The role involves coordination with vendors, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end execution of BTL campaigns, activations, and branding projects
Manage vendor onboarding, negotiation, and execution timelines
Handle society permissions, site recce, and deployment planning
Ensure on-ground execution quality (No-parking boards, gate branding, kiosks, etc.)
Track and manage inventory, logistics, and material dispatch
Prepare and maintain daily reports, MOMs, and campaign trackers
Coordinate with design, sales, and client servicing teams
Monitor campaign progress and resolve operational issues in real-time
Ensure timely billing inputs and documentation
Required Skills
Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Good communication
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage field teams and vendors
Understanding of BTL / Outdoor / Activation campaigns (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in advertising agency / event / BTL operations
