We are looking for dynamic and reliable Field Executives who will be responsible for visiting NPA properties across India and installing promotional banners on-site to attract potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned NPA/distress property locations across various cities in India
Install and maintain marketing banners/hoardings at designated sites
Coordinate with internal teams for property details and location access
Capture site photos and share reports after banner installation
Ensure proper placement and visibility of banners
Travel as per assigned schedules and locations

Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively across India
Basic understanding of locations and navigation (Google Maps, etc.)
Physically fit and able to handle on-ground work
Prior fieldwork/real estate experience preferred (not mandatory)
Must own a smartphone for communication and reporting

Skills:

Responsible and self-driven
Ability to work independently
Time management and reporting discipline
