About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our range of lift and elevator products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and building long-term customer relationships in the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and facility managers.

• Promote the company's elevator products, maintenance services, and modernization solutions.

• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups for enquiries.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lead generation targets.

• Maintain and update client database and marketing reports.

• Coordinate with the technical and operations team for quotations and site visits.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience in construction, building materials, or elevator/lift industry.

• Understanding of B2B marketing and technical product sales.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
