About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our range of lift and elevator products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and building long-term customer relationships in the construction and real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and facility managers.
Promote the company's elevator products, maintenance services, and modernization solutions.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups for enquiries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lead generation targets.
Maintain and update client database and marketing reports.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team for quotations and site visits.
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
Experience in construction, building materials, or elevator/lift industry.
Understanding of B2B marketing and technical product sales.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
