Job Purpose:
To support the organization’s marketing and sales objectives by implementing effective marketing strategies, managing client communications, developing promotional materials, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening the company’s market presence through digital and offline initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Alignment & Strategy
Work in close coordination with the sales team to align marketing activities with company sales goals.
Support in identifying potential markets and customer segments.
Digital Marketing & Website Coordination
Coordinate the development and maintenance of the company website.
Implement strategies to track enquiry flow and analyze website performance.
Manage the creation and distribution of brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
Product & Client Interaction
Study company products and services thoroughly to communicate effectively with clients.
Participate in client visits / Site as required.
Plan and participate in domestic and international exhibitions as per company schedule.
Manage pre-event and post-event marketing activities.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Make outbound calls to prospects and handle inbound inquiries.
Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through multiple channels (calls, emails, networking, online platforms, etc.).
Maintain an up-to-date client and lead database.
Generate at least one qualified inquiry per week and follow up consistently.
Marketing Communication
Design and share flyers via email and WhatsApp twice a month.
Create and post marketing content on LinkedIn twice a month.
Increase LinkedIn page followers by 200+ through regular engagement and invitations.
Client Relationship Management
Engage with clients through meetings, calls, and periodic check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Creative Campaigns & Greetings
Prepare creative greetings (festival, special days, etc.) at least one week in advance.
Circulate through WhatsApp broadcast, email, and LinkedIn.
Sales Support
Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Assist in negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures in coordination with management.
Additional Responsibilities
Handle any other tasks assigned by management related to marketing, business development, or client relations.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EPC or engineering industry.
Experience in digital marketing, client coordination, or business development will be an added advantage.
