Marketing Executive

Develop and implement sales strategies for diagnostic products to meet sales targets and expand market share.

· Build and maintain relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

· Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.

· Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.

· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.

· Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings to promote products and represent the company.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the sales process.

· Develop and execute marketing plans for his/her territory

· Achieve territorial sales budget, profit and other targets set by management.

· Build and develop relationships with key opinion leading Doctor and hospitals in his/her territory.

· Work closely with doctor to ensure

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns including advertising, promotions etc.

· Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, trends and practices and communicate them to senior management.

· Report back to management on a regular basis on his/her activities, progress made and any issues or concerns he/she may have.

· Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals.
