About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our publication house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative marketing plans to promote books, magazines, and digital publications, enhance brand presence, and drive audience growth and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for print and digital publications.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns, book launches, and promotional events.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with editorial, design, and sales teams to align marketing activities with publication goals.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Build partnerships with distributors, media outlets, and influencers to expand reach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the publishing, media, or creative industry.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
