Position Title: Business associate

Overview: We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all

functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6

- 8 months as per the following Global Training Module. (i.e. On the job training)

- Simultaneously, we will train and promote you in following aspects.

* Business associate.

* Leadership.

* Crew Leader.

* Assistant Owner.

* Business Owner Partner

* Business Head.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a business associate. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales and marketing strategies, driving

growth, and maximizing revenue. This role requires a combination of Communications skills, leadership

skills, and hands-on execution to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company

objectives.

2. Lead the sales team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of

accountability and excellence.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and

operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts.

5. Train and develop sales and marketing team members, providing mentorship, coaching,

and support to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals

and drive results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
