Market Development & Business GrowthIdentify new business opportunities for EOT crane parts and accessories.Develop market presence across industrial sectors such as steel, cement, power, ports, infrastructure, and heavy engineering.Generate leads through direct marketing, dealer networks, and industrial visits.2. Customer & Channel ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, end users, dealers, and EPC contractors.Appoint, manage, and support distributors and channel partners.Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups to close orders.3. Product Promotion & Technical MarketingPromote EOT crane components by highlighting technical features, safety, quality, and compliance standards.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industrial events.4. Sales Support & Order ExecutionPrepare quotations in coordination with sales and engineering teams.Support order finalization and ensure smooth coordination with production, stores, dispatch, and accounts teams.Track order status and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.5. Market Research & Competitive AnalysisMonitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends.Collect customer feedback and share insights for product improvement and new developments.Identify upcoming industrial projects and tender opportunities.6. Digital & Offline Marketing SupportAssist in digital marketing activities such as website updates, LinkedIn promotion, and online campaigns.Support preparation of brochures, catalogs, datasheets, banners, and promotional materials.Share case studies, product launches, and success stories with customers and partners.7. After-Sales & Spare Parts SupportCoordinate between customers and service teams for after-sales support.Promote spare parts, AMC, and repeat business opportunities.Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to maintain long-term relationships.8. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain CRM data for leads, customer visits, and sales activities.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and sales reports.Track targets and performance against assigned goals.9. Compliance & Safety AwarenessEnsure all marketing activities align with company policies and industrial safety standards.Promote compliance with IS, IEC, and customer-specific technical requirements.
