Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for end-to-end coordination with the Social
Media & Digital Marketing Agency for all Gopi Group businesses. The role includes
monitoring social media pages and websites, ensuring brand compliance and digital
security, coordinating marketing activities for events and exhibitions across India,
managing registrations related to digital platforms, and overseeing all internal and external
branding requirements as per company standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Agency Coordination
• Act as the single point of contact between Gopi Group and the Social Media / Digital
Marketing Agency for all business verticals.
• Share inputs, briefs, approvals, and corrections with the agency strictly as per
company requirements and branding guidelines.
• Review and approve all social media creatives, posts, reels, videos, and digital
advertisements related to Real Estate and other Gopi Group businesses proposal.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables by the agency.
2. Social Media & Website Monitoring
• Regularly monitor Gopi Group social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
etc.) and company websites for content accuracy, brand consistency, and updates.
• Ensure that social media accounts, domains, and websites are secure and not
compromised/hacked; immediately report any suspicious activity to management
and technical teams.
• Coordinate with the agency for regular website updates, corrections, and content
uploads as required and SEO activities
3. Branding & Creative Control
• Verify that all real estate project hoardings, banners, standees, brochures, and
digital creatives comply with company branding standards and approved
messaging.
• Ensure all logos, contact details, project information, and legal disclosures are
accurate before publishing or printing.
4. Event, Exhibition & Activation Coordination
• Coordinate with event management companies and exhibition organizers whenever
Gopi Group hosts or participates in events anywhere in India.
• Conduct pre-event site visits to check venue readiness, branding placement,
banners, stalls, and hoardings as per company policy.
• Supervise on-ground branding execution during exhibitions, launches, and
promotional events.
5. Internal Office Events & Meetings
• Coordinate and manage office events, internal meetings, launches, and corporate
gatherings.
• Ensure complete setup including branding, banners, presentation materials, audio-
visual arrangements, and seating as per management requirements.
6. Registrations, Certifications & Compliance (NEW)
• Identify, track, and coordinate any required registrations, renewals, licenses, or
certifications related to social media platforms, digital marketing tools, websites,
domains, hosting, or marketing activities.
• Inform management in advance with complete details, validity timelines, costs, and
required actions to ensure uninterrupted compliance.
7. Library, Backup & Data Management
• Maintain a centralized digital library of all marketing assets including creatives,
videos, photographs, branding files, approvals, and documents.
• Ensure regular backup, proper file naming, version control, and secure storage
of all marketing data, social media content, website files, and campaign materials.
• Manage access control and ensure that all files and data are protected, organized,
and retrievable as per company policy.
• Coordinate with the social media agency and internal teams to ensure timely
updates and data integrity.
8. Coordination & Reporting
• Submit regular status updates and reports on social media performance, agency
work, events, and branding activities.

Qualification & Experience
• Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related
field
• Experience: 2–5 years in marketing coordination or branding
• Real Estate marketing experience preferred
