Job Summary
The Marketing Officer is responsible for driving student admissions by executing marketing campaigns, developing school relationships, generating leads, organizing promotional activities, and enhancing the brand presence of Vidya Mandir Institute. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a result-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute on-ground and digital marketing activities.
Generate quality admission leads through schools, seminars, referrals, and campaigns.
Conduct awareness drives, roadshows, education fairs, and promotional events.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, coaching partners, and local influencers.
School Outreach
Visit schools regularly to establish strong institutional relationships.
Coordinate seminars, career guidance sessions, and scholarship test promotions.
Work closely with school authorities for student engagement activities.
Admissions Support
Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain an updated database of leads and admission status.
Brand Promotion
Ensure proper visibility of institute branding through banners, kiosks, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for local campaigns and social media promotions.
Represent the institute professionally at all public events.
Reporting & Analysis
Submit daily visit reports and weekly marketing performance reports.
Track campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Meet monthly lead generation and admission targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
Prior experience in education marketing will be an added advantage.
