Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Experience: 2-3 Years

Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 per month
Timings: Morning 9:30AM to Evening 6:30PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ø Opportunity to build a career in the growing Solar & Renewable Energy industry.

Ø Candidates with experience in Solar, Electrical, Real Estate, FMCG, or related industries will be added advantage.

Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø This is a field-based sales role involving customer visits, lead generation, product presentations, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Ø Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers to understand their requirements

Ø Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Ø Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. Provide suitable solar solutions based on customer requirements.

Ø Strong convincing and negotiation abilities and target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Ø Explain the benefits, features, and long-term value of solar energy solutions

Ø Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers for installation and service requirements.

Ø Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

Ø Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Skills & Competencies:

Ø Basic knowledge of solar energy and renewable energy products

Ø Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field visits

Ø Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools

Ø Self-motivated, confident & proactive attitude 

Ø Sales & negotiation skills

Ø Lead generation and customer acquisition & handle customer queries.

Ø Market research and competitor analysis 

Ø Teamwork and coordination skills
