Job Title: - Marketing Operations
Job Type: Full-time
Required Qualification: A relevant degree in any stream preferably Commerce.
Reporting To: Marketing Manager
Experience:
1 - 3 Yrs experience in marketing / operations profile, ideally in the events business or in
a marketing role with any organisation.
Core Competencies:
• Should be well groomed, presentable & must be innovative, flexible to changes.
• With good analytical and creative skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to use email, Internet applications, MS Windows operating system, MS Office
Package.
• Ability to prioritise and plan workload efficiently, with a thorough and meticulous
approach.
• Experience in event management is bonus.

• Strong knowledge in MS office, email marketing, and designing software’s.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaising with the creative team and agencies for timely delivery of projects.
• Responsible for execution of customer - oriented campaigns via. events and digital
channels.
• Client / Customer coordination.
• Marketing, Lead generation, Report generation and publishing to stakeholders on
time.
• Liaising with the internal team for timely execution of campaigns.
Schedule: Day shift, Flexible shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Fixed Salary + Performance Bonus
