Key Responsibilities

Community Mobilization & Outreach

- Identify and map potential catchment areas and communities suitable for mobilization.

- Build strong rapport with local community leaders, influencers, and stakeholders.

- Create awareness about institute programs and sensitise the community on training and placement opportunities.

- Conduct community meetings, sessions, and field visits to motivate youth to join the programs.

Program Promotion & Enrollment

- Promote the Institute and other training programs to ensure participation from target groups.

- Support the center team in selecting eligible and needy youth for enrollment.

- Ensure optimum batch strength for training programs at assigned centers.

Coordination & Support

- Assist the Center Manager / Area Manager in organizing alumni meets, guest sessions, and promotional events.

- Work closely with center staff to achieve mobilization targets and program objectives.
