Job Description
The Marketing Executive will lead and execute marketing strategies, create campaigns to promote real estate properties, and build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include market research, designing promotional materials, collaborating with sales teams to generate leads, overseeing advertising campaigns, and monitoring market trends to drive growth. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives
• Handle and close high-value leads , while supporting the team in deal closures
• Assign leads, monitor follow-ups , and ensure timely conversions
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and negotiations
• Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and role-play sessions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle escalated client issues and resolve them effectively
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales MIS, and performance reports
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
