🔎 Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven In-House Marketing Executive to manage customer leads, coordinate site visits, and support sales closures.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Generate and follow up on customer leads from the office
✔ Coordinate and assist customers during site visits
✔ Explain project details and pricing clearly
✔ Support the sales team in deal closures
✔ Maintain customer records and follow-up data
✔ Achieve monthly site visit and conversion targets

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔹 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (Real Estate preferred)
🔹 Strong communication and convincing skills
🔹 Basic understanding of sales processes
🔹 Willingness to travel for site visits
🔹 Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude
