Job Title: Field Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

SRT TECH AND S J Enterprises is looking for energetic and motivated Field Marketing Executives to promote our construction and building material products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites, meeting architects, engineers, contractors, and builders to introduce our products and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites, apartments, and commercial projects

• Meet architects, engineers, builders, and contractors

• Promote company products and explain product benefits

• Generate new leads and maintain client relationships

• Coordinate with office team for orders and deliveries

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Basic communication skills (Kannada / English / Hindi)

• Bike with valid driving license preferred

• Marketing or sales experience is an advantage

• Freshers with interest in marketing can also apply

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

• Attractive incentives based on performance

• Travel allowance
