Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Marketing Executive to join our team at Skyzers. This field-based role involves direct customer engagement, where you will be responsible for collecting valuable customer data, distributing promotional vouchers, and building our referral network.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Data Collection

• Greet and interact with walk-in customers at assigned locations.

• Collect comprehensive customer information including contact details, preferences, and requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the database.

• Ensure data quality and completeness for all entries.

Voucher Distribution

• Distribute promotional vouchers to eligible walk-in customers.

• Explain voucher terms, benefits, and redemption process clearly.

• Track voucher distribution and usage for reporting purposes.

Referral Generation

• Request and collect three references from each walk-in customer.

• Obtain complete contact information for all referrals

• Maintain a systematic record of all referrals received

Reporting & Administration

• Submit daily/weekly reports on customer footfall and data collected

• Maintain organized records of vouchers distributed and references obtained

• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign updates and promotional materials

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to engage effectively with diverse customers

• Good organizational and data management skills

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry

• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles
