Job Title: Marketing Executive

We specialize in Load Cells, Weighing Indicators, Controllers, Industrial Automation Solutions, and Custom Weighing Systems. Our focus is on delivering reliable, high-accuracy products with strong technical support to industries across India.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries received from IndiaMART, website, email, and phone calls
Regular follow-up with new and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical team
Prepare quotations and send product details/catalogs
Maintain customer database and update CRM/Excel records
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Coordinate with sales and production team for order execution
Provide after-sales support and customer follow-up

Key Skills Required:

Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of marketing and customer handling
Experience in IndiaMART handling preferred
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, Word)
Ability to follow up and close inquiries

Experience:

0 to 3 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Location:
Sharp Electronics (Office Location)
