Job Title: Marketing Executive – Real Estate

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Area Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Promote the company’s real estate projects through online and offline marketing activities.

Generate leads through social media, digital marketing, field marketing, referrals, and other channels.

Contact potential customers and explain project details, location, pricing, offers, and investment benefits.

Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into site visits.

Coordinate and schedule customer site visits with the sales team.

Attend property exhibitions, promotional events, campaigns, and customer meetings.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

Build strong relationships with customers and understand their investment requirements.

Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Collect market feedback and monitor competitor projects, pricing, and offers.

Prepare daily and weekly marketing activity reports.

Achieve assigned lead-generation, site-visit, and sales-support targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good knowledge of Telugu and English; Hindi is an added advantage.

Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel for field marketing and site visits.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is preferred.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Any Degree / MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in Real Estate Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
