## Sales & Marketing Executive – Job Responsibilities (SMG Hardware)
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell the company’s Glass Hardware and Architectural Hardware products.
* Generate new business by developing dealers, distributors, retailers, and project clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Visit the market regularly to identify new business opportunities and increase sales.
* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
* Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order confirmation.
* Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
* Coordinate with the Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
* Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
* Maintain customer records, sales reports, and daily visit reports in Excel/CRM.
* Follow up on payments and outstanding customer dues.
* Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
Candidate Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Glass Hardware, Architectural Hardware, Building Materials, or Interior Products preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to travel for field sales in Delhi/NCR and outstation when required.
* Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
