Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Officer / Loan Sales Executive to generate new loan business through field visits and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Vehicle Loan, etc.

• Visit customers, businessmen, builders, property owners and channel partners.

• Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

• Collect and verify required KYC, income and property documents.

• Assist customers in completing loan applications.

• Coordinate with Credit, Processing and Operations teams.

• Follow up on loan applications until sanction and disbursement.

• Develop relationships with builders, brokers, DSA, dealers and local business networks.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Maintain daily field visit, lead and application reports.

• Follow company policies, lending guidelines and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Customer handling and relationship-building ability.

• Basic knowledge of loan products.

• Comfortable with field travelling.

• Basic computer/mobile application knowledge.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
