We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, B2B marketing, and direct client interactions. The ideal person should have excellent communication and convincing skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships and drive growth through strategic marketing efforts.
Identify and generate new business leads through various marketing channels.
Handle and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct B2B marketing activities to promote products and services to corporate clients.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and marketing presentations.
Schedule and attend direct meetings with clients when required to discuss requirements and close deals.
Collaborate with the sales and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Maintain records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups using CRM or internal tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
Good understanding of B2B marketing strategies and client management.
Ability to handle client meetings and represent the company professionally.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Experience with CRM tools, email marketing, or LinkedIn marketing.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation platforms.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Negotiable based on experience and performance.
