Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing professional who can understand the brand vision and execute marketing strategies to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in brand building, campaign execution, and digital marketing, preferably within the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods industry.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and strengthen brand presence.

Content Creation & Management

• Create engaging and informative content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Campaign & Calendar Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels.

• Manage marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns and launches.

Performance Tracking & Data Analysis

• Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.

Budget Management

• Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective utilization of resources.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through targeted marketing initiatives and communication strategies.

Brand Management

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and contribute to building a strong brand identity.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas

• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms

• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Industry Experience (Mandatory)

• Prior experience in Jewelry, Fashion, or Luxury Goods industry is required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or advertising within the jewelry, fashion, or luxury sector

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field

• Preferred: MBA / MA / MSc or other advanced qualifications
