Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help plan and execute marketing campaigns for R Saloons & Spa.

This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement, brand awareness campaigns, and partner outreach.

The position offers hands-on startup experience, career growth opportunities, and exposure to digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, salons, and internal teams
• Handle promotions, events, and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
• Support salon partner acquisition and onboarding campaigns
• Collect market data and competitor insights
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
• Help build the brand image and awareness of R Saloons & Spa
• Conduct market research and identify local growth opportunities
• Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Assist in creating digital marketing content and campaigns

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA Marketing preferred
• Experience: 1 – 3 Years (Freshers with strong interest in marketing can apply)

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media
• Familiarity with AI tools for content or marketing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a startup environment
