As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and executing all sales and marketing activities across both traditional and digital channels. You will work closely with the content creation team to develop compelling campaigns and strategies that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and convert prospects into loyal customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships through cold calls, meetings, and presentations.
Traditional Marketing:
Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as print advertising, event participation, direct mail, outdoor promotions, and local partnerships to increase brand awareness and generate sales.
Digital Marketing:
Manage digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media marketing (organic and paid), email marketing, and PPC to boost online presence and generate qualified leads.
Content Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with the content creation team to ensure marketing materials (blogs, social posts, graphics, videos, brochures, etc.) align with marketing goals and sales objectives, helping to engage target audiences effectively.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing and sales performance metrics. Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights to improve ROI and overall effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain a strong relationship with clients, provide excellent support, follow up on leads.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors activities, and customer behavior to recommend new strategies and improvements.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure aligned messaging and successful campaign execution.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, BBA, MBA, or a related field
1-3 years of experience
Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn) and traditional marketing tactics.
Required Skills:
Strong sales skills for closing deals
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence clients.
Analytical mindset for market research, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing software.
