· Actively pursue new client acquisition through lead generation, networking, marketing campaign follow-up, and direct outreach.
· Develop and execute strategies to market our products/services to prospective clients within the target industry.
· Prepare and present marketing proposals, pitches, and necessary collateral to potential clients.
· Meet and exceed defined targets for client acquisition and market penetration.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale/onboarding, managing the client coordination process.
· Understand client needs, communicate timelines, and manage expectations regarding service delivery or product fulfillment.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
· Act as the essential liaison between the client and internal departments (e.g., Production, Technical Support, Finance).
· Proactively coordinate with internal organizations to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information regarding their order/project status.
· Document client interactions, feedback, and status updates accurately in the CRM/tracking system.
· Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field.
· Experience: 3 to 4 years of progressive experience in a client-facing marketing or business development role.
· Core Competencies:
o Proven track record in lead generation and successful client acquisition.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client handling.
o Strong organizational and project coordination abilities to manage internal workflows for external clients.
o Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
