Roles & Responsibilities: -
· Approval:
Maintaining the company material as per standards. Fulfil all the requirements of the sales team. One point of contact for all branding requirements for his area. Maintaining record of all material given in market.
· Market Visit:
Auditing for 100 shops above C category outlet and penalize SE accordingly. make a proper PJP for the same. Get the rectification done from vender. Report Brand Manager about the market situation. Set upgrade timelines with sales team. Train sales team regarding brand standards and guide lines on field.
· Market Requirement:
1.Branding Asset
2.Investment report
3.Competition data
4.RT reports
Keep account of all the material in the market. Prepare the competition report and order the required material in the market.
· POSM Material Placement:
Audit timely execution of POSM material in the market by sales team
· Branding Claim:
ME needs to verify and audit the branding details filled by sales team.
· Dummy:
Dummy must be available in every counter as per category and in good condition display in Glass counter strictly followed by store OEC.
· Target:
Maintaining one standard across the region
· Maintenance:
Make sure all assets are in good condition and get the rectification done by vendors within time line.
· KPI:
To mark SE and TSM KPI as per the market situation.
· Event & Promotion:
Need to make sure events and promotion are successfully conducted in your area as per requirements.
· Vendor Coordination:
Need to align vendor timeline and manpower for execution and maintenance.
· Training:
Training SE / TSM/ OSE about company retail standards & guidelines and how to report in terms of PPT Excel and even how to click photos.

· MIS skills, MS office PPT and Excel
· Vendor Management & Hiring
· Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to coordinate and manage sales team.
