We are looking for a result-oriented and dynamic Marketing Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with industrial clients, and promoting our high-quality PUF panels and insulation solutions.
Business Development: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including architects, civil contractors, cold storage owners, and industrial warehouse developers.
Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Product Presentation: Explain the technical benefits of Arasfirma’s PUF Panels (e.g., thermal insulation, energy efficiency, and durability) to clients.
Sales Conversion: Handle inquiries, provide quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Education: Any Graduate (MBA or Degree in Marketing/Business preferred).
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Marketing or Sales (Experience in Construction/Manufacturing materials is a plus).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Mobility: Must have a valid Driving License and a two-wheeler for field visits.
Language: Fluency in Tamil is essential; English/Hindi is an added advantage.
