Coordinate daily OPD operations to ensure smooth patient registration, consultation, counseling, and billing flow.
Act as a single point of contact between doctors, optometrists, counselors, and front office staff.
Guide patients regarding OPD processes, services, doctors’ schedules, and appointments.
Monitor patient waiting time and resolve patient-related queries or complaints promptly.
Maintain OPD registers, appointment records, and basic MIS reports.
Ensure proper documentation and coordination for referrals, investigations, and admissions.
Support doctors during OPD hours for scheduling and patient coordination.
Promote hospital services, packages, and specialties to walk-in patients and attendants.
Coordinate with marketing team for OPD-based promotions, banners, standees, and leaflets.
Support field marketing activities such as doctor visits, camps, and referral coordination when required.
Follow up with patients for surgery counseling, appointments, and post-OPD conversion.
Collect patient feedback and share insights with management.
Coordinate with departments such as Counseling, Optometry, Pharmacy, Billing, and Administration.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH protocols (if applicable), and ethical standards.
Prepare and submit daily OPD reports, conversion data, and marketing activity updates.
