Full Time
Plan, organize, and execute eye screening camps in coordination with hospitals, NGOs, corporates, schools, and community leaders.
Identify new camp locations and maintain a pipeline of outreach opportunities.
Coordinate logistics including camp permissions, equipment, medicines, staff allocation, and transport.
Ensure proper setup and smooth functioning of camps on the day of execution.
Maintain attendance records, patient data, and referral details from camps.
Follow up with patients referred from camps for hospital visits and treatment.
Prepare and submit camp reports, photographs, and outcome summaries.
Conduct field visits to promote hospital services among doctors, optometrists, corporates, factories, schools, and societies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local influencers, referral partners, and community representatives.
Distribute marketing materials (leaflets, banners, standees) and ensure correct branding usage.
Support local promotions, health talks, awareness programs, and events.
