Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for the Radio Taxi industry. The role involves driving sales initiatives, corporate tie-ups, on-ground marketing, and event handling to promote the company’s services, increase brand visibility, and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

·       Generate new business through corporate tie-ups, travel agents, hotels, events, and local partnerships.

·       Promote radio taxi services to corporate clients and individual customers.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·       Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals.

·       Maintain long-term client relationships.

Marketing & Promotions:

·       Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities and promotions.

·       Coordinate branding activities including banners, standees, flyers, and vehicle branding.

·       Conduct field visits to identify new marketing opportunities.

·       Support digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Event Handling & Coordination:

·       Plan, organise, and manage company events, roadshows, corporate activations, airport/hotel promotions, and exhibitions.

·       Coordinate with vendors, event partners, and internal teams.

·       Ensure smooth execution of events within timelines and budgets.

·       Represent the company professionally during events.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

·       Act as a point of contact during events and promotional campaigns.

·       Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service readiness.

·       Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when required.

Reporting & Documentation:

·       Maintain daily sales and activity reports.

·       Track leads, conversions, and event outcomes.

·       Submit event reports and expense details.

Competence Skills

·       Strong communication and negotiation skills

·       Field sales and marketing expertise

·       Event coordination and vendor management skills

·       Ability to work in a target-driven environment

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Qualification & Experience:

·       Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any discipline

·       1–4 years of experience in Radio Taxi, Transport, Hospitality, or Service Industry

·       Experience in field Sales or event marketing preferred

·       Willingness to travel locally
