We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Mahavir Motors to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote workshop services, periodic maintenance, and value-added products to existing and prospective customers to increase service revenue.
Generate service appointments through field visits, customer follow-ups, telecalling, and digital marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Workshop team to execute service campaigns, seasonal offers, and customer engagement activities.
Track marketing performance, prepare daily reports, and achieve monthly service revenue and customer retention targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
