Job Description: Marketing Executive (Car Wash Industry)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the growth of our car wash business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to attract new customers, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotions

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to promote car wash services.

• Create promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, loyalty programs, and festive discounts.

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, etc.) to grow engagement and customer reach.

• Coordinate with creative teams for content, graphics, videos, and advertisement materials.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

• Run targeted campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp promotions) to attract new customers.

• Identify local partnership opportunities (residential societies, corporate offices, automobile showrooms).

• Track leads, campaign performance, and conversion metrics to improve ROI.

Brand Visibility & Local Marketing

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities like pamphlet distribution, banners, standees, local tie-ups, and vehicle branding.

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to devise effective strategies.

Customer Engagement & Retention

• Manage customer feedback surveys and implement improvement strategies.

• Drive repeat business through loyalty programs, referral schemes, and customer relationship initiatives.

• Ensure positive brand presence and customer experience across all touchpoints.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and marketing dashboards.

• Coordinate with operations, sales, and management teams for smooth execution of marketing activities.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing; experience in automotive/car wash industry preferred.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

• Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
